For Patients
Did Carrie call you?
Carrie works with your provider’s office to help care for you, from booking your visit to checking in long after it. Everything you share goes back to them.
What is Carrie?
Carrie is an AI assistant who works alongside your care team, helping look after you before visits, after them, and in the months and years in between. Your provider’s office decides what Carrie helps with and when, following a care plan they’ve approved for you.
Every conversation is a real one, in your own words and your preferred language, with no app or login needed. Carrie remembers what you’ve shared before, so you never have to start over.
Everything you tell Carrie goes back to your care team, and a separate safety system listens on every call for signs of an emergency.
Carrie isn’t a replacement for your doctor or nurse. Carrie supports them, so the people caring for you always know what you need.

It’s your choice
Your practice set up these calls as part of your care, and you may have agreed to them in your intake forms. If you’d rather not get calls from Carrie, just let Carrie or your practice know, and the calls will stop.
Reaching your care team
During office hours, you can ask to speak with someone at your practice at any time, whether Carrie called you or you called in. Outside office hours, Carrie can take your message and make sure your care team sees it when the office opens.
Your care team makes the decisions
Carrie never diagnoses, prescribes, or places orders. Every conversation follows a care plan your doctors wrote and approved, and every decision about your care stays with them.
Not sure what to do next?
If you have questions about a conversation with Carrie, contact your care team’s practice directly. They can confirm the call and answer your questions.
If this is an emergency, call 911.
If you’re in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988, any hour.
